Physical products

You have the right to return physical products within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Returned items must be:

unused
undamaged
in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products (downloads, printable files, phone wallpapers), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refund method

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
